This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can review, update, manage, export, and delete your information. This Privacy Policy applies to the services offered by Musee and does not apply to the information practices of other companies and organizations that advertise our services or services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may be linked to our services.


The information we collect can be generally placed in two categories: 1) data on how the user uses our Services; 2) aggregate data on the content with which the user engages. We collect information to provide better Services to you—from figuring out basic stuff like which language you speak, to more complex things like which kind of video you'll be most interested. The information we collect, and how that information is used, depends on how you use our services and how you manage your privacy controls.

You understand and consent that we may provide and share the information to our partners, so that they, too, can provide you with an optimal experience, but we never disclose information to a partner in a manner that would identify you personally.

Musee does not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from children under the applicable age in your country or knowingly allow such persons to register unless it is upon the specific and highlighted consent of at least one of the parents or the legal representatives of the child. When we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. By applying for account deletion, you accept to give up the rights and interests that have been generated but not fully consumed during the use of Musee products and services as well as the expected benefits in the future. That is, once your Musee account is deleted, we will clear all your rights and interests under this account, including all your virtual currency and props purchased by recharging under your account and all your identity rights and interests in Musee.


We retain your information for as long as it is necessary to provide you with the service so that we can fulfil our contractual obligations and rights in relation to the information involved. Where we do not need your information in order to provide the service to you, we retain it only for so long as we have a legitimate business purpose in keeping such data. However, there are occasions where we are likely to keep this data for longer in accordance with our legal obligations or where it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Subject to the circumstances described above, where we may be required to retain your personal data, after you have terminated your use of our Platform, we will only store your information in an aggregated and anonymised format.
